This is the only Wells Fargo location that is close to my home in Oakland, and unfortunately, the customer service and wait times here are consistently disappointing. Every time I come to this location, there are long lines with only two tellers working. Meanwhile, there are usually three other employees sitting at desks directly across from the tellers. The teller wasn't trained properly.... Denied my transaction... Because she didn't know... She said she was new. I had to use a different card... didn't want to.. but needed money 😞
