Excellent service here
Don't go here.Worst customer service I have ever seen..needed help with a simple task. No one was in the bank and the manager said she couldn't help me with a bank transfer which would have taken a few minutes. She was screaming threw the glass from the back of the bank. It was so unprofessional and uncalled for.
Best service ever
This is now the worse location I’ve been too in the Bay Area, I been banking since 2007. My business account has a lot of money going in and out. However, if you’re not Hispanic, then your services are going to be poor. So you must speak Spanish or else you’re not gonna get good service. They don’t care how long you’ve been banking or how much money is in your account. It’s been a very recent experience here.
