Hate to go there I thought they fix this branch issue but no unfortunately just open new account with SECU yesterday I wish I can give negative star very bad service they have no idea what is customer services

2 weeks ago I ordered my bank card it still has no came in the mail what is going on
I hate going to this branch; however, it’s closest to my home. Unless you are there as soon as they open, their services are always delayed. It doesn’t matter if there’s 2 people ahead of you or 20, still takes forever. Thankfully, their representatives are nice, but it doesn’t make up for the fact that they are super slow.
