2 weeks ago I ordered my bank card it still has no came in the mail what is going on
I hate going to this branch; however, it’s closest to my home. Unless you are there as soon as they open, their services are always delayed. It doesn’t matter if there’s 2 people ahead of you or 20, still takes forever. Thankfully, their representatives are nice, but it doesn’t make up for the fact that they are super slow.
We always have a great experience. Everyone is working in this branch are professionals. Ian is a great person. He’s very helpful. Recommend it to everyone

I rarely ever go inside WFB. Most of my needs are done at ATM or drive thru Tellers.
