I was making a draw and the clerk ask me suspicious where do i work like i was a criminal hiding something or doing something ilegal.
Maria Teresa De La Cruz was extremely helpful while assisting me with my father’s account after his passing. He passed away in a foreign country so that complicated things however she did everything to find the correct information so that I may bring the proper documentation to process everything. No she did not ask me to write this but I went out of my way because she truly does care and is very professional. Thank you Maria! Edit: forgot to mention how beautiful this location is! Big windows so lots of natural light.
I went to make a deposit and was helped by Daniela the teller. She was very polite, professional, and she was SO MUCH FUN to talk to. Suggestions I offer to improve the bank: 1) I know this is a "long shot", but I'm BEGGING YOU to speak with as many of your superiors as possible, to get Wells Fargo to switch to a credit union business model.
