Every single time I come to this branch to run a quick errand I have to wait in line for 45+ minutes. It’s incredibly frustrating to have a single teller having to run to and from bankers while there are two other open, empty teller windows. Then the managers are dismissive. Hire more people. I’m reconsidering banking with Wells Fargo altogether.
