Terrible terrible terrible!!! had an appointment with Valerie at 11 AM tried calling her that I was gonna be eight minutes late becausw pf traffic and no answer and once I got there, she went into the office and never came back out, so I waited and One of the bankers came up to me and I told him I had an appointment at 11. He said there was a 10 minute grace period. Which I was here before that and he went to go tell her and she said that they noticed until 11:15 and that she was going on her lunch. Not much has changed. The customer service is non existent and the tellers along with the representatives would much rather argue they are right than gain customers.
