Apparently you need to provide a reason to withdraw your own money and when they don’t like the answer they play games calling corporate for approval?! Update** apparently according to CSR if the teller doesn’t like your response about the reason for withdrawing your own money, they can decline to let you withdraw it. Imagine when the economy tanks, WF will keep your money to save their own skin. Careful who you bank with. Desiree, thanks but I’ve closed the account as of 4/4/25.
Phenomenal teller Andrea took care if cashing my paycheck and helped me meet my financial goals. Thank you! Her supervisor Carmen is equally sweet and amazing. I live across the desert but will ride an extra busvto use them again. Just phenomenal customer service.
I just had an awful experience, I was approached as I arrived by an unfriendly team member stating that they would not change my rolled coins, with or without a fee since I am not a member. She was incredibly rude, I will definitely not be changing to this bank. I bank with Navy Federal, and there are none out in my new area. She was awful, I was upset and disappointed. Update review - This bank has really turned around in the best way. I use to have to wait in line for nearly an hour but recently I walk in to either no line or I'm next in line. Thank you to the management for finally hiring more tellers. It's much appreciated!!! Old review - There's only 2 tellers MAX working at a time. They are polite if you're willing to wait over an hour to get up to their window to do what you came to do.
