Teller 11/18/25 (Hispanic woman with pointy nails no visible name tag) at about 2:55pm had a rude attitude, was condescending, and gave incorrect information while making up rude analogies trying to justify her incorrect information. Once she finalllllly agreed to swipe my card & ID, she was able to see that she was incorrect - no apology though, just still rude attitude. No other customers here, completely empty.
I went into this branch for a simple name change. I scanned the QR code to check in and that was at 11:28. After about 10 mins or so, one of the bankers was done with their customer and about another 10 mins or so, the other one was no longer with some both bankers were then free with no one for about another 20 mins. No one checked in on me or anything. Finally, I reached out the gentleman who is in charge of business banking and he said he can’t help me with personal name change, just business. Friendly Bankers friendly service
Could not cash a Wells Fargo check at Wells Fargo. You read that right and they scanned my check so now its undepositable anywhere. Very unprofessional just wasted my afternoon. Not to mention they opened fake accounts in my name and had to pay me and because of their fraud I cant have a Wells Fargo account crooks
Drove over an hour to get there 40min before closing and I couldn't be seen to open an account despite already having accounts with them. I would have used the online function as they instructed me to use but when I did I could not because I needed more verification. The crazy thing is that my profile and id is up to date, my voice password is accepted and I have several accounts with Wells Fargo (the first being opened around 1999.
