My wife and I stopped by this Well Fargo Bank today since we were shopping in the plaza this location is at and she's a member. She just wanted to withdraw some cash from the ATM. This Well Fargo Bank has 2 ATM outside and just be aware there no privacy wall to shield hide the screen or number pad from the other ATM machine. This is a common thing at all ATM for Wells Fargo that I been to so I would never recommend using outside ATM unless it's an emergency due to safety and privacy. Terrible management and customer service. Don’t come here. Worst experience ever.
Terrible personal banking services. This was my second time scheduling an appointment and sat there waited for over 30 minutes and the banker was still not ready to see me. I got fed up and left as I had another meeting to attend to. No respect for time. I recommend you bank with another bank like chase or BOA.
Wells Fargo policy: homeless people are not people, we wish they could just die instead of bothering us.
