Nana provided such helpful service while assisting me in opening both a credit card and a new bank account. As she did, she maintained both an approachable demeanor and professionalism. She made the experience smooth and very stress-free.

Just received a call from this number asking to speak toy husband. I said he isn't here and was then asked when would be a good time to call back. I said next week as be he then wanted to know where he was. Not sure why they would be calling anyway. Not professional at all

Went in to this Wells Fargo bank yesterday Sep 29 with some POD HH savings bonds and asked if I could cash them. I was told yes but I needed a certificate of death first. Today Sep 30 I drove 6 hours through the hellish commuter traffic on the 210 and the 215 just to be told that HH bonds can not be cashed in California, they must be sent to Treasury Dept and you dont need a certificate of death for this. What a waste of time and money. Of course, a rapacious bank without a soul like Wells Fargo offered no apology for giving... read more
