I understand customer service and being pleasant, but do I really need to have a long conversation with the teller about what else he can do to make my "experience at Wells Fargo outstanding today"?
Me: I need a deposit slip. Teller: We've gone paperless and don't have any. Tell me your account number. Me: I would rather not give my account number to the car next to me. Teller: I'll send one out.
The drive thru lanes are hard to maneuver if you're in a larger vehicle.
