I went in to have a verification notarized stating I was the person on the document and that I verified it as true. They told me because it pertained to real estate they could not notarize it. I don't know if this is branch or state (SC) specific, but at other Wells Fargo locations in NC and TX both I have had deeds, lawsuits, corrected property line plats notarized through Wells Fargo.
