DO NOT judge from negative reviews about this bank!! I have been coming here for 14 years and the entire staff have always been super polite courteous understanding, they know and understanding banking laws and guidelines!! I go into the bank to get cash if it's during open hours instead of using ATM because I'm ALWAYS greeted by super smiling tellers KATHERINE & COURTNEE & others as well, I like the HUMAN on HUMAN contact, unfortunately it's becoming a thing of the past So I'm suggesting if need to have your day brightened ... read more
Very helpful and attentive. They have a children’s area with toys that helped me discuss with the banker while my kids were occupied.
Customer service was very bad Saturday February 22, 2025. I called on Friday to verify a notary would be available Saturday. Drove an hour and half to meet another party at the bank and was told the notary was too busy to take 5 minutes to assist us. There was one customer in the bank at the time and it was 2 1/2 hours before closing time. We were asked to return Monday morning. Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a bank.
