I have a young man I've been helping to get his life together, I have banked with Wells Fargo for 30 years, I sent him to open an account since they were offering the free $300. He waited his 90 days, met all criteria and didn't receive it. We have called multiple times and each time we have found out someone just didn't do their job. Poor customer service from the personal bankers. I've emailed and left voice messages regarding a concern, and they will not respond. I had to go to a different branch to get my issue resolved. Update: Customer service has improved since my previous post above....
This is wild to be this bad at a small neighborhood bank, I spoke with Rosa rude as she can be cold with no customer service skills, definitely the worst bank I have ever been....
DO NOT judge from negative reviews about this bank!! I have been coming here for 14 years and the entire staff have always been super polite courteous understanding, they know and understanding banking laws and guidelines!! I go into the bank to get cash if it's during open hours instead of using ATM because I'm ALWAYS greeted by super smiling tellers KATHERINE & COURTNEE & others as well, I like the HUMAN on HUMAN contact, unfortunately it's becoming a thing of the past So I'm suggesting if need to have your day brightened ... read more
