Customer service was very bad Saturday February 22, 2025. I called on Friday to verify a notary would be available Saturday. Drove an hour and half to meet another party at the bank and was told the notary was too busy to take 5 minutes to assist us. There was one customer in the bank at the time and it was 2 1/2 hours before closing time. We were asked to return Monday morning. Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a bank.
Poor customer service from the personal bankers. I've emailed and left voice messages regarding a concern, and they will not respond. I had to go to a different branch to get my issue resolved...
Victoria has been a very helpful and pleasing representative to work with and I want to thank her on behalf of my girlfriend as well since she helped both of us open and set up accounts! Thank you very much Victoria!
