If I could leave zero stars, I would. I first went through the drive-thru, where I was told I needed to come inside to cash my check. Once inside, I waited in line for over 20 minutes while three tellers were all assisting a single customer with cashier’s checks. During that time, no one acknowledged me or offered any explanation for the delay. When I finally reached the teller, I was informed that because I don’t have an account with the bank, I would have to pay a $10 fee to cash a check that was written on their own bank.... read more
Best staff at the many, many wells Fargo I have been to all over Texas. I would like banker email service for questions and a personal touch
Just got out of an appointment with Lori, she was so kind and patient. I had a few anxious worries and she was able to answer them all in such a kind manner. She really made me feel seen and heard, as well as supported. If I ever have any questions, I’ll look forward to coming back and seeing everyone there!
