RACIST!!! today at 4:50 PM. The two female bankers complained about helping me, assuming I didn’t speak English, and made it clear they didn’t want to do their job so close to closing. While depositing $300 in ones, they falsely claimed the bills smelled like weed—something I don’t even use. The Westside Shopping Center location is the DMV of Wells Fargo's. I love Wells Fargo, but something is wrong at this branch. They Do Not Care and want you to know it. The employees at this location will telegraph in every possible way that your presence is an inconvenience. *Edit: Wells Fargo responded to this review with a request for details, as they have for everyone else who reports the same issues at this specific branch. They should have enough data points to know what the problem is.
