Tellers on the phone are completely useless and speak very broken english.
Please find another institution to use for your banking needs. I’ve had an account here for 30 years going back to when it was Wachovia. Wells Fargo does not care about its customers. They will not do the right thing and have been found guilty of numerous issues in the past. From what I can see these issues seem to be ongoing. I gave them three months to make it right.
