Teller was very unprofessional asked her a question and she wouldn't even answer me I wouldn't bank here if they were the only bank left in the world. She was nasty and rude, definitely doesn't need to be working in the public eye
Made a deposit on 13 th of January at ATM located in front of bank. After 5 days, still has not posted to my account. Went to branch and spoke with branch manager. Showed manager copy of where Wells Fargo received payment for cleared check on midnight of the 13th. Still will not release my funds until the 23rd of January. I was told this would not be a issue if I took check inside branch office instead of at ATM. On the 23rd I hope to receive my money and bank elsewhere.
