Horrible experience trying to get a copy of a check. First call- requested a copy of check. Waited a month but didn’t get the check. Second call- after 30 minutes the “banker” said he found the problem and I will get a copy of the check within 10 days. Seven days later I got a statement from the time period the check was written in, but no copy of the check! Next day I get the exact same statement without the check!
