VERY belligerent customer in here today yelling at the tellers for not having enough tellers..um. they don't really have anything to do with it, they can only wait on one person at a time, and I'm pretty sure a customer yelling at them is a bit upsetting and probably slows them down, which makes your wait even longer... In spite of this customer's tirade, everyone stayed calm and polite. Well done, Erica, Linda and Kareem!
