Tellers are rude
I had a very disappointing experience at the Wells Fargo on Golden Valley. I came in to transfer funds from our business line of credit into our checking account and was helped by someone named Nicole. She was extremely unhelpful and rude throughout the interaction. I asked for a specific document the bank is supposed to provide, and she told me they didn’t have it.
