I had a very disappointing experience at the Wells Fargo on Golden Valley. I came in to transfer funds from our business line of credit into our checking account and was helped by someone named Nicole. She was extremely unhelpful and rude throughout the interaction. I asked for a specific document the bank is supposed to provide, and she told me they didn’t have it. I'm from SwVa flew out for my daughter's birth of my first grandchild on ghe 8th Went into this Branch to withdraw cash, Under Red Alert for the fires.I provided State issued ID, all Security questions confirmed, filled out acounter check for with draw,and denied of any access ro my account.Will multiple people went behind a computer and viewed my account.The branch manager asked me If I had Let my bank knowI wss going on Vacation, first of all Violation of personal information,But no I didn't nor am I required too.Def wasnt... read more

- Jayson Navarrette - the branch manager informed us he would not deposit the check because it was written to company name LLC not company name Inc and that Wells Fargo could choose to close the account if we deposited the check. We were informed via phone today that Wells Fargo is closing the account and upon asking why were not given a reason, just told that the note said it was a Wells Fargo Business decision. All this despite the 20 year relationship, millions of dollars that move through our 10 accounts on an annual bas... read more
