Two tellers on a Friday before closing is crazy. Also the drive thru being closed is crazy! The transactions take extremely long also… do better Wells Fargo
I called ahead to make sure they could see me to open a checking account and when I arrived they said they were booked up. They told me there was another Wells Fargo down the road and wouldn’t call to see if they could see me. They just said good luck and they hope I could make there in time. I would like to know why they wouldn’t help me.

Can’t take 5 min to fill out a form for notary. Why do I bank here? I gotta make an appt? def going to find a different bank waste of time I drove to 2 different locations and told the same thing. Wasted 20min now I have to go to USPS and hope they’ll help
