What a stupid bank. Tried to go deposit money in a friend’s account. Have a picture of the account info from the friend’s phone number. Can’t deposit cash in, ok I’ll buy a check. Can’t buy a check with my cash to put the money in her account because I don’t have a WF account. Like why does the bank not want my money. Literally turning revenue down. Terrible business practices. And stupid rules like that are exactly why I’ll never have a WF account.
I have never seen a lack of wanting to help I was pretty much told today that they will not help me and I'm going to wait like it or not it's kinda funny how I was able to be transferred to the fraud department on Wednesday but on Friday they are unable to do so and that I would have to wait for them to call me and between the different calls the reason my money is being held changes so I can't even get a straight answer why I can't access my money
Made appointment after stopping in just wanted to open an account!!! Zara apologized for my inconvenience when she canceled my appointment!!!! Taking my money elsewhere!!!!
