This is the worst bank I've ever had in 52 years covering 13 states. I had a credit incorrectly put back on my account. So, after 5 calls with the call center (three supervisors) and the credit was still not put back on my account after being told 5 times it would, I thought maybe going to my local branch was the way to go. I waited 10 minutes to see the manager and told her the issue, She told me I would have to schedule an appointment with one of the underlings. I am there...I need to make an appointment. One star for WF in general. Two stars for this particular branch. Absolutely no consistency in personnel when dealing with a POA for hospitalized family member. Weeks go by without a reply. Redo same forms multiple times with new changes needed each time. Can only accept forms via fax?! In 2025...Deal with a new person each time. JVille Brach was only slightly better. Went there to fill out forms in person only to have them rejected again 2 weeks later. Also seems like half the people there are trained to interrupt and talk ... read more
