Spiraling down out of control. Today: -no personnel for the drive-thru -I have renamed the accounts under a family trust years ago, I have a check to deposit made to that trust and I cannot do it because, mysteriously, the accounts were never placed under the trust. -I had a transfer from another bank a few months ago. The originating bank did not charge the wire but Wells Fargo did charge a ridiculous fee for RECEIVING the money. -they are penny-pinching to extremes.
