FRAUD_ NEGLIGENCE _THEFT Once a check is deposited, the account holder looses rights to their funds. There are Fraudulent actions proceeding with Wells Fargo. Unfortunately, Wells Fargo no longer assists with a person in need a financial assistance. My check was removed from my account by Wells Fargo without approval!! Instead of rewriting a new one, no action was taken. Legal rights now suggest that Wells Fargo can steal money from your account if they so please.
