The slowest service in all Wells Fargo Bank I think that the slow and bad treatment of customers is systematic. I hope the management will check this.
If you do any type of business, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH. On several occasions I went in to get something done and I was told that they didn’t have a banker and to go to another branch. They are super slow, rude and just incompetent. This branch will be the reason why I will eventually close my account and go to a bank that it’s actually worth dealing with. The slowest service in all Wells Fargo Bank branches.. They ask things that other branches don't ask, they ask questions that other branches don't ask
The service in this bank is so slow, especially teller, Yenifer. She takes whole time in the world to serve 1 customer. Good that she is not working in a busy location else people will definitely think of taking their account to a different Banks. I had to visit again Today, 07/16 and unfortunately, same teller served me and she again repeated the same, even she had the count of the bills from the machine she counted and commented that she dont trust the machines. She is just wasting valuable time of the people
