The service when available is very good but they are always running lean. I work in customer service and if we have a high volume of customers it’s all hands on deck and you just don’t see that here. Shame because they are very nice
Never answer their phones. Long lines. Can never talk to a live person.
The slowest service in all Wells Fargo Bank I think that the slow and bad treatment of customers is systematic. I hope the management will check this.
If you do any type of business, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRANCH. On several occasions I went in to get something done and I was told that they didn’t have a banker and to go to another branch. They are super slow, rude and just incompetent. This branch will be the reason why I will eventually close my account and go to a bank that it’s actually worth dealing with.
