This bank has sent my life in a downward spiral from one front teller telling me over and over again that I didn’t have a block on one of my payments which was my taxes for Pennsylvania. Even though I was like telling her there was and she kept saying I don’t see it on my end it’s there isn’t a block. And I understand mistakes but when I went back to speak to someone and sat down with a lady to figure out what happened they informed me…yea the front tellers don’t have the access we have.
