Ruth is the best. She is always very kind and willing to help. Everything is quicker compared to other wells Fargo branches.
By far the slowest drive thru in Volusia County. How many people are working in there? Last time I was inside there were 4 standing around doing nothing. Very Unprofessional big bank if you ask me
We received the worst customer service from a teller at this branch. She was down right rude. We do not plan to ever go to this branch again. We left and drove to the West Ormond Beach branch at 1100 W. Granada. This other branch treated us with utmost respect.
Worse bank ever . As a preferred customer, I expected to at least have someone speak to me there , when my bank card was hacked. I called and had it shut down , on a Sunday night. Tuesday it was still being used. I went in for assistance and was told nobody would see me and to make an appointment online. The teller was rude to me. A woman sitting in her office was made aware of my situation and told them to tell me to make an appointment again.
