DO NOT BANK AT WELLS FARGO IN EDGEWATER!! Customer service is horrible. The attitudes and the way they speak to their customers was appalling to say the least! Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with Julie and her coworkers.
Shout out to the teller that assisted me today in the drive up. I believe his name was Bernard, very friendly and greeted me as I pulled up. He asked about my financial goals and offered to have one of the bankers reach out to discuss options that I could benefit from. Overall very fast and friendly service that I appreciated
Best choice I made was to close my account, look elsewhere for good service!
I'm giving them 5-stars because my credit was so bad I was on some special list so that no bank in my area would let me open a checking account. Wells Fargo didn't run off with my money yet, so they get a star for that. To deposit money into my account all I need is to give them my debit card. I don't have to fill out little deposit slips, and that is very convenient. They get a lot of business during certain hours but I see that as a good sign, that others chose them, too.
