This bank suddenly closed down several days ago. There is a sign on the door "temporarily closed". No reason given, the customers not notified, people can't get to their safe deposit boxes. What an outfit.
This location has terrible customer service, but typically only from a couple of folks who ruin it for the rest of them. I was told " I am not going to go back and forth with you" when asking about a product. Is that customers service? I think not!
The worst customer service that I've ever seen. Every time I go there. Nobody said anything. All those people in there Working. There was one other customer in the bank besides myself.
Randee is a horrible mortgage consultant lmao. Wouldn’t let me get two words in, no advice , pretty much told me I can’t buy a home and to kick rocks.
