Wouldn’t let my wife put a cashier check into her kids account because it’s too new?!?! That makes zero sense. Personal banking and tellers are just useless now.
Great bank and great branch. They have always been extremely helpful, even when wait times for a personal banker are occasionally long. Best tip: Come in before 11 or between 2-4 for fastest service from a banker. The windows, however, are rarely busy.
Showed up during business hours and was told to "schedule an appointment". I am not scheduling an appointment for them to take 30 seconds to make a quick change to my account. Any excuse to be lazy and useless I guess. It's unreal.
