Absolutely terrible!!!!!! The woman I was working with was judgmental, rude and disrespectful. She looked at me like I was an idiot, and had 0 class. 0 stars!!!!!!
They got rid of the only teller that I wanted to see, so I closed my accounts. Years ago I was ready to go to a credit union, until this young teller convinced me not to. I looked forward to seeing her at the bank because I knew she had my best interest at heart. Stephanie actually cared about her customers and went above and beyond to help them. Diane Lockwood has to be one of the rudest tellers ever. Threw a market at my wife. Because she said she wouldnt cash her check unless she signed the back of her debit card. If you dont like your job quit.
Wow, phenomenal 5 star client service from this branch. Truly amazing experience from start to finish - and prior to this I had been in a Wells Fargo branch who did not uphold the same standard as this branch. The branch is clean and inviting.
