I couldn’t believe a bank, especially in LWR, could have a 2 rating but I experienced it myself. I was a few minutes late for appt due to heavy rain on interstate. Was acknowledged by Manuel and then admonished because I was late and went in his office offering no assistance to me. Only other person , J Garcia, finished with a customer. I thought he was going to call me but went in Manuel’s office. I left after waiting 40 minutes. This branch has a terrible employee problem who don’t know the meaning of customer focus.
Lies and was not accepting a personal check from a customer that was able to confirm with them on the phone and still won't cash it.
