Mixed emotions here. Went to close out my deceased fiancé's account and HAD to make an appointment for 9am. Had to wait until 10:28am. It was all the way across town so I opted to stay. Only branch open half a day on Saturday. So as soon as I arrived, I was told that 2 other employees did not show up to work and they had scheduled 2 9am meetings. The teller (only 1) line was always 6 deep the whole time I was there. I saw people walk in and then leave. This bank definitely needs HELP!
I had a simple question about making a deposit. It would have taken two minutes of their time to answer. I live across the country and my mom uses this branch so I said I would call for her. I called three times, no answer. On the fourth call someone placed me on hold for almost 40 minutes. I hung up and called the branch back probably 10 more times over an hour period with no answer.
