Though online banking is sometimes more convenient, I always make an effort to stop into this branch and say hi with my daughter. The branch manager is hands down the kindest and friendliest man ever and takes the time to know the families that bank within this branch. He always asks about my daughter when ever I pop in without her and is so helpful anytime I've ever needed something fixed or a break with an over draft fee. Horrible customer service and they are lazy. I had to talk to a banker and they said ok you have to wait till she’s done but the manager was just sitting behind her doing nothing ... I said what about him ... he looked all put out that he had to work... they talk to much and ask to many questions ...
