Went to close my account and the banker could not properly explain to me the detail on why the account couldn't be closed. They said if there is any recurring payment the account would open. I ask for a time line and they keep increasing the time from 24h to 40h to a week. I ask why wouldn't the payment and transaction be declined they said merchant has more power over the bank to keep my account. Came in on a Thursday to open an account, but I was told I needed two pieces of mail on top of my ID for proof of Idenification - so I set up another appointment for the following Tuesday. (Whatever no big deal) I bring in my electric bill and my old bank statemnts mail with my address on it, and SCG gas bill. Mind you, both times coming in were strange. I made an appointment to open a business account. My business was closed so i could be there on time; when i got there they simply told me if i could return later during the day. Very irresponsable and disrespectful playing with people’s time and money because time is money. I don’t recommend it AT ALL. Awful service
