I have with them for years, and always get professional help
I went today to deposit a check. I wasn’t able to go in to the atm so I drove around to see if there was a drive up one, there wasn’t so I went to the teller. She deposited my check, but when she returned back to the window, she advised me that the mobile app is available to deposit checks. I told her thank you and that I was aware, I just wanted to make sure it got deposited right away. The fact that I even had to explain that is insane, bc at the end of the day it’s your job! Terrible. I have been with WF for 20 years. I made an appointment for notary services, but was told because the second person signing doesn't have an account we can't use their notary. Isn't that an opportunity for you to solicit more account holders? INSTEAD the lady on the phone said since Bank of America (the second person's bank) allowed it last year, we should just go there.
