We needed to wire some money yesterday and called to see if we could get an appointment. They said they could absolutely get us in, and everyone was as nice as they could be. Fast, efficient and courteous.

Trying to get this branch to answer the phone. Is ridiculous I'm gonna close my accounts and go to first security or white fish credit union.
Absolute worse of the worse. Zero customers service. Longest wait in line times. Ridiculously long. Its super.clear customers do not come first.
