Absolute worse of the worse. Zero customers service. Longest wait in line times. Ridiculously long. Its super.clear customers do not come first.
Every time I go here, they have 10 people working. But, only 1 teller at the counter, while everyone else watches the line pile up. They have 5 different people asking you what need, but no one ever actually helps you. If you come here, make sure you have 30+ minutes free otherwise you’re better off driving an extra 15 mins & going to the other location. Place is terribly managed to say the least.
I was dreading going to the bank to get a cashier's check. Garrette made it super easy and had it wrapped up in no more than 5 minutes. Professional and quick. Thanks Garrette.
Do not bank at this location or any other Wells Fargo. This is the worst possible banking branch you could choose. They are constantly stealing money out of your account and claiming that it was an updated term in their service agreement. Not to mention the obnoxious amount of 10 dollar and 12 dollar checks I’ve gotten from them because of the many lawsuits they’ve been involved in. This is the absolute worst location you can go.
