I do not like the sterile new environment in there now, they have adequate seating to wait for bankers, awesome workers in the main branch on Russell. Very accommodating. appointments are encouraged/ preferred now. But they can accommodate as well. the bankers are friendly and helpful!

Extremely Disappointing and Inefficient Service This Wells Fargo branch is by far the least efficient bank I’ve ever walked into. I came in with a simple question: Is there a promotional rate for new money deposits? Specifically, I was asking about the rate for a $500,000 deposit and how long the promotional period would last.
