Extremely Disappointing and Inefficient Service This Wells Fargo branch is by far the least efficient bank I’ve ever walked into. I came in with a simple question: Is there a promotional rate for new money deposits? Specifically, I was asking about the rate for a $500,000 deposit and how long the promotional period would last. I do not like the sterile new environment in there now, also less workers to help you, appointments are encouraged/ preferred now. Less helpful from banks choices, however, the bankers are friendly and helpful!
