Very pleasant experience dealing with Jordyn and Chad, the branch manager. Was in to close an account, and they were helpful and efficient.
Not friendly and not helpful. I feel like they think it is a privilege to use their bank.
What happened to the coffee? I figure since they can print money out of thin air then they should at least provide free coffee in exchange!
I do not like the sterile new environment in there now, they have adequate seating to wait for bankers, awesome workers in the main branch on Russell. Very accommodating. appointments are encouraged/ preferred now. But they can accommodate as well. the bankers are friendly and helpful!
