I’ve been banking with them for 10 plus years and there less then ok! My biggest issue I always had was every time I need to dispute a scam or a issue on my debit card I always ended paying and never getting reimbursed they will never “investigate” and I’d get a letter in the mail saying they were unable to find fraud and couldn’t get me my money back! I guess it’s hard when you’re the one doing the fraud!
This bank is horrible. The attitude from the unprofessional “bankers” is beyond disrespectful. I have been a loyal customer with more than 10k of direct deposits coming into my account a month and they had the nerve to charge me 10$ for a cashiers check. I asked to speak to a manager and they said she’s not there. I asked to speak to a banker and they said I have to make an appointment. I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint. I have been banking with WF since they were Wachovia in the early 2000's. They changed one of my accounts (I had 5) and removed check writing privileges with out telling me over the phone. But they put them on my statement.. that I never read unless there is an issue! I wrote 2 checks to church and then didn't pay them... They didn't bounce WF just didn't pay. 5 STARS TO THIS BRANCH. They went above and beyond to help me, a non-customer, which was incredibly classy. I was expecting to get turned away, but they succeeded on helping me complete everything I needed! Tiffiny and Janae are the best of the banking world! Thank you guys!!
