I see exactly why this location has 2 stars. If I could leave zero I would. I just stood in there for almost 20 minutes for a 2 minute transaction. I was next in line and one of the women (Raven) was busy. The other lady said she couldn’t help with what I needed, and proceeded to help 4 people after me, even though I was told she was only working “drive thru”. I was very disappointed with the service at this location. The banker stated he had appointments all day and could not assist us, yet there was no one waiting and no customers sitting at his desk. I then went to the Midlothian location, where they clearly had multiple appointments both waiting outside and inside the office, and they still made time to help us. Unfortunately, it felt like the banker at this location simply did not want to assist customers and was more interested in enjoying his Friday than providing service.
