Nicest tellers in the world
Called around 11AM to ask if they had a notary. They said yes but wouldn’t be available until 12. Asked if I need to make appointment and was told no. Went in at 12:15 to get my paper notarized but was told to sit and they would get someone. They came back 5-10 mins later and said no one was there and I could make an appointment for closer to closing time. They had no excuse for why the person I talked to wasn’t there. I left and will find services elsewhere moving forward.
Horrible experience and a waste of time trying to open 2 accounts (I thought that's what all bankers dream of). They have no issue inconveniencing the customer to their benefit. Never will I ever frequent this understaffed branch again.
Customer service is paramount to the success of any business, and with that said, please applaud Casey on an outstanding. She was the epitome of pleasant and professional. I came in to cash a State of VA check. I bank with a few other banks but Casey indeed was exceptional. Dr. Brown
