I see exactly why this location has 2 stars. If I could leave zero I would. I just stood in there for almost 20 minutes for a 2 minute transaction. I was next in line and one of the women (Raven) was busy. The other lady said she couldn’t help with what I needed, and proceeded to help 4 people after me, even though I was told she was only working “drive thru”. The branch manager, instead of helping find a way to get me serviced until 16 minutes in, went to help Raven, while Raven just watched instead of being productive to h... read more
