Quick, friendly staff
The people here are always great. ATM is now inside the front entrance and it's a bottleneck. The door on the back of the building is the accessible entrance. If they're open it's worth it to talk to a teller instead of going in. There are great drive up ATMs in East Haven and Madison if you don't want to crowd into the little ATM closet.
Where do I start? 1 teller available at 12:30 on a weekday. After waiting about 10 minutes I approach the counter to cash a $50 check. The teller then proceeds to tell me there is a $10 fee to cash a $50 check. What a scam! Congratulations Wells Fargo on making sure I never do business with your bank!
I was signed up for a Premium membership by accident and wasn't even refunded any of MY money. Not to mention a family member took a huge amount of money from my account without my permission and will not return it. It should be illegal for family members to withdraw from bank accounts. If you like having money, avoid this bank at all costs, they will be the reason you go broke.
