Last week I had four fraudulent charges to my card totaling over $4,000 I was beyond livid about the situation and trying to get answers from WF employees over the phone was little to none I felt disrespected and not taken seriously. Be aware of the time it takes for your transfer deposits from other branch banks to become available for your use.This bank is like all the rest in that they take your funds out overnight from your old account and then put your deposit on a ten plus day hold before you can access those funds. I did ask why such along wait time after seeing the funds had been transferred overnight but got a number of reasons why the ten day hold was done. None of which made any sense.
