Mrs.cicely Owen's had me in and out never had a credit card before she made me feel more than comfortable during the process I asked for 100$ and she got me 2 grand . Thank you so much . If u dont ask for her you regret it
I was very pleased, I had an issue and the manager went out if her way to accommodate me and did in fact fix the issue, I was very happy,it was a serious issue,thank you to the manager for your help and being friendly as well as professional, i highly recommend this location
I went there to wire some money, They said “ Great please be seated in. Somebody will be with you shortly.” After 30 minutes Of me waiting to wire money in the seating area, They then say “ We actually have a lot of appointments coming up if you’d like we can book you with a different branch and you can wire money from there” So you couldn’t have told me this 30 minutes ago? Ridiculous I will never go back there, Which sucks cause it’s very convenient for me
They really spoke to me with great respect and a smile, listened carefully to everything I said, and helped me and my mother open an account .
Massive lack of professionalism from the staff, extremely disappointed with my experience. I had an appointment with a personal banker for early in the morning, I was passed over for a walk in and sat for twenty minutes past my planned time. When the staff finally asked if I had been helped, the spare banker and other staff complained that my time interfered with their lunch.
