I went there to wire some money, They said “ Great please be seated in. Somebody will be with you shortly.” After 30 minutes Of me waiting to wire money in the seating area, They then say “ We actually have a lot of appointments coming up if you’d like we can book you with a different branch and you can wire money from there” So you couldn’t have told me this 30 minutes ago? Ridiculous I will never go back there, Which sucks cause it’s very convenient for me
They really spoke to me with great respect and a smile, listened carefully to everything I said, and helped me and my mother open an account .
Massive lack of professionalism from the staff, extremely disappointed with my experience. I had an appointment with a personal banker for early in the morning, I was passed over for a walk in and sat for twenty minutes past my planned time. When the staff finally asked if I had been helped, the spare banker and other staff complained that my time interfered with their lunch. Shoutout to the amazing Wells Fargo team: Ms. Nicole (Bank Manager), Terrance and Allison for their excellent and above and beyond customer service. Not only was this bank personable, helped me with an international transaction, reviewed all possible options and educated me on other avenues, I am grateful to be a proud Wells Fargo Member since 2014.
