so the buisness customers are not welcome throw drive throw ,like we are not customers ,we have to get in and make a line with one teller inside .I don't know what type of marketing decisions they are making .every time i get here , i get annoyed but a bad customer service .
When I go to Brook Rd Wells Fargo they only have 1 counter person it's a Hispanic lady be working the counter they need more counter people at lease like 2
Kate told me they couldn't take business deposits through the drive through because it was too busy. I asked what if it was only a single deposit. She said no. What's funny is that when I came inside, there was nobody to take my deposits so they brought it to the person in the drive through. Makes absolutely no sense.
