Poor service, please don’t go there. This is the worst Wells Fargo branch I have ever seen. I went there to cash out an $85 cheque and I spent 50-55 minutes before I got my money.
I went into a branch in Springfield, PA branch on Baltimore Pike. I waited in line for a teller with 2 other people. 1 before me and 1 after me. The person behind me was loudly complaining about how slow the service is all the time and how bad of a service the branch gives consistently. This was my first time in this branch. Some employees came from the back to assist the teller. One guy attended to the lady in front of me and a lady (maybe assistant branch manager) assisted the guy behind me.
