Paige, the Branch Manager, went above and beyond to help me with my mom's affairs. She was such a helpful resource. When my mom was diagnosed with dementia, she made herself available to help me navigate getting her accounts together.
Terrible lines. Not enough staff. People going to lunch instead of reducing the lines, inside and at drive through!

IMMEDIATE and OUTSTANDING SERVICE : Apparently, info. about previous poor customer service made it to the ears of Wells Fargo because I left another branch today where I could get NO service and tried this one and got IMMEDIATE and OUTSTANDING SERVICE.
