Don’t bank here. This branch is a complete waste of time and one of the worst banking experiences I’ve ever had. The employees show no urgency, no professionalism, and no real interest in helping customers. When I arrived, there were five employees on the clock and only one other customer being helped. Despite that, I was left waiting over 35 minutes with no communication or updates. Eventually, I was told they couldn’t assist me and that I’d need to come back the next day with an appointment. This branch went above and beyond when it came to handling a fraud issue we encountered with our accounts. In particular, personal banker Nathalie Kouchakjji and branch manager Paige Martin did everything possible to communicate with Wells Fargo escalation department to address our accounts to assist us towards a resolution. The bank tellers are always incredibly welcoming and provide services with the utmost level of professionalism.
Paige, the Branch Manager, went above and beyond to help me with my mom's affairs. She was such a helpful resource. When my mom was diagnosed with dementia, she made herself available to help me navigate getting her accounts together.
