They need to connect the branches with online customer service. Online keeps sending me to my local branch; they keep sending me back online for help. Completely useless. So far about 4 hours spent between them trying to work out my online account access problems. The right hand does not know what the left is doing. I like my local branch, the people are great, but this is ridiculous. I went up to the "third level" of service today, and they sent me back to square one again.
