I went there to cash a check from there bank and the lady was really nice even though I'm not a customer there.
I went in today to open an account but I didn’t receive any assistance. I wasn’t greeted upon entry, I signed in, and was never approached by an employee to ask if I’ve been helped. I waited almost an hour before I finally decided to leave. There were no signs stating anyone was on a lunch break and none of the employees acknowledged that I was there. The customer service here is terrible I wouldn’t recommend this branch for your banking needs.
