I went in today when the bank opened to do a wire transfer. I was told that they were too busy and I should try another branch. This is not a complicated transaction. Extremely disappointing customer service. To make matters worse they were not nice about it.
0 stars is what they really got for me. I made an appointment online for 12:30pm. When I got there I notified them about my appointment at 12:30 and I was told to wait while they get the person who i had an appointment with. There was 2 other people who were walk ins and they were also asked to wait. A few mins later they come back and told me I needed to wait for Kyle who was not there yet and they assisted the walk ins 1st.
