Do your ATMs ever work? You guys suck!
I have been with this bank for over 10 years. I trusted them and went through my account statements. The person told me that they couldn't give me any because they only showed the months. January of this year was today, Monday, March 31st, at 2:30 pm. You can just ask. It was a woman who helped me. If you are the manager of this place, maybe you can ask. Way too slow WF. line to the door need more tellers.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this branch. My money has been held for weeks, and despite reaching out for assistance, the support has been minimal. The process feels unnecessarily complicated, and instead of resolving the issue, it has been a frustrating and unpleasant experience. This has been the worst customer service in my 20yrs with Wells Fargo and it’s enough for me to close my account and move to a different bank. I’ve never had an issue using my military ID as a form of identification because I forgot to put my drivers license back in my wallet.
