When I got there I notified them about my appointment at 12:30 and I was told to wait while they get the person who i had an appointment with. There was 2 other people who were walk ins and they were also asked to wait. A few mins later they come back and told me I needed to wait for Kyle who was not there yet and they assisted the walk ins 1st.
