Just wanted to share: Siera & Monica went above & beyond today. I currently do not bank with Wells Fargo, but after today, I just might. These two provided outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to keep a customer safe after he had been scammed and the scam was ongoing. They saved him from losing his money, assisted in getting his credit cards changed (even for the cards not issued by Wells Fargo). They treated the man with dignity and great care. I was poorly treated by the manager, Tuchita. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but she was not at the bank. I am not a bank customer, but I am a merchant and I get coins for my business. I had never been to this bank before, but I have already been to almost all the other Wells Fargo banks in this area, and I know that even if I am not a customer, I can get up to $20 in coins, and if I need more than that, I can do a cash advance.
