I’d like to take this opportunity to comment on a few words about my experience at Wells Fargo on 9811 Brook Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23059. Today I went through the drive through to make a deposit, and the associate that helped me with my transaction was Melissa. Melissa greeted me pleasantly and her attitude was very positive. Wanted to open a checking account. Was suggested by the teller I open one online, and if I wanted to open one in the branch to make an appointment. Lol. I went to Truist.
One of the personal bankers, Nicole E., was so helpful when I came in today. I made an appointment online and she was super friendly. I was in and out quickly!
Walked in, stood behind 2 other customers...no one said a word...then left after 5 mins w/no acknowledgement. Lacking the courtesy in this branch for sure :-(
