We were helped by a bank member Annapurna, she was extremely humble and helped us with our appropriate needs.
I visited the branch today, there were two tellers and a line. No problem, I waited, when I finally got called up, I told the teller that I needed a medallion signature and asked do I see the her or someone at one of the desks. She asked did I have an account there, I said yes and she asked for my paperwork and ID. I gave both and waited for about 5 mins or so.
