My husband and 4 yr old son arrived at this location on a Sat (9/29/23) at exactly 11am and was nearly about to open the door to come inside to conduct his business... When the manager literally came up and locked the door in his face telling him they were closed (Which it clearly states 12pm) and to travel 20 mins further to another branch. My experience at this branch has been positive.. staff members have been engaging, helpful and professional. I feel comfortable in this space.
One teller line and poorly trained staff.
Friendly customer service and never had any issues
Worse customer service no one to welcome and help you especially Sam the old man needs to learn how to talk and learn customer service first
