A woman tells me that I can't order boxes of pennies and nikels because only that service is for business. and my question is why I can't change my money to whatever I want in the bank or I better change the bank that offers me that service

Convenient location with friendly employees. This is my favorite Well’s Fargo Branch.
There were only 4 people online. Had to deposit a check into someone else's account. It took a half hour to get to the teller. Extremely under staffed pr they don't know what they are doing.
Women at the counter told em she couldn't help me with what I was asking for cause they don't do temporary cards anymore, she was not only rude but did not show any care for helping find options for my card not arriving after 3 weeks.... however I was able to find a customer service number on my own and Monica over the phone was absolutely kind and willing to help with all the patients in the world for how frustrating my circumstances are THANK YOU MONICA! You are amazing
