I called first and asked if they do notary, the agent I spoke with said yes, Then I asked how much do they charge, he told me it's free public service, then I asked do you have to bank with them, he said no I go there, and I wait to be seen, the lady ask me , doI have account I said no, she said I can't do it, they changed the policy, I feel this b, just didn't want to do it, She thought she stopped something, not it was done.
Don't go there service is bad they have me waiting for 15 min for a override to take money out and then they told have wait 5 day so can take my money out and I call customer service and they fix everything for me they don't know what they are doing in that location
I went here to cash a check someone gave me. I waited in line several minutes (i was the only one waiting) then a few more minutes of inputting the info and showing 2 forms of id. Then before i was given the money, i was told there would be a $10 fee. I said no thanks and just deposited it into my credit union. I give 2 stars because the girl was friendly, and it wasn't her fault. I wasted 12 minutes for nothing!
What the hell is wrong with the management of this branch? Service is ultra slow and inefficient
