I wish I could rate this place zero stars. The woman ahead of me at the ATM just after 5 pm (it’s 5:12 pm as of writing this) left her bank card in the machine. I opened the door and yelled ma’am but she had disappeared really quickly. I knocked on the inner door to the bank and the employees were standing around talking. I called first and asked if they do notary, the agent I spoke with said yes, Then I asked how much do they charge, he told me it's free public service, then I asked do you have to bank with them, he said no I go there, and I wait to be seen, the lady ask me , doI have account I said no, she said I can't do it, they changed the policy, I feel this b, just didn't want to do it, She thought she stopped something, not it was done.
