Their bank manager at this location is uneducated, not friendly. I suggest go to different branch or get a different bank to work with...
Update: I'm happy to report that the manager mentioned in this review is no longer employed here. It was an excellent decision by Wells Fargo execs who investigated her incompetency. . . Originial review: I saw an ad on the internet stating that Wells Fargo was offering a $300 bonus for opening a new checking account. The next day I wired $5,000 to my new Wells Fargo account. I have been customer with Wells Fargo for over 25 years. Last week I went into the branch at the Landings to cash in the last of my savings bonds for my last niece who’s graduating. I have done this several times in the past for other nieces and nephews with no issues.
