I have been customer with Wells Fargo for over 25 years. Last week I went into the branch at the Landings to cash in the last of my savings bonds for my last niece who’s graduating. I have done this several times in the past for other nieces and nephews with no issues. A 1 star is overrated, I couldn't reorder checks because first lady didn't know what I'm talking about, second guy also useless couldn't do it! Wow after 20 min , 2 lines, they couldn't figure it out, n was told to come back another day! Wow I'm not retired, they're very incompetent, n young Lady manager her attitude she didn't give a crap!
