Keep hearing that this branch had a teller, customer or both involved with stealing $$$$ from good friends of mine, and then won’t provide the video evidence or give the money back to them. Not a bank I would put my money in. Conflict resolution and customer service is a must and ignoring the issue and not dealing with it immediately is BS.
