Great experience. Bank manager Mr. McDonald stepped right in during a busy weekend morning and provided me great service.
Absolutely horrible customer service!! They do don't care about customers. I will be transferring all my accounts to another bank.
I just set up an account online last night and it asked me to verify my identity over the phone with customer service got all the answers right but they still told me I needed to come in with my photo ID to prove that I am who I say I am I don’t get it
