One of the best banks I’ve had without a doubt but sometimes they take a long time to solve something
I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer for many years and have visited multiple branches—but this location is by far the worst. The customer service is consistently disappointing, from the moment you walk in. The staff is unwelcoming, unhelpful, and constantly giving excuses about needing appointments—even when most employees are clearly unoccupied and not attending to any customers. Whatever you do, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT allow these dealerships to make your auto loan through wellsfargo ask for whoever you feel comfortable with paying. But NOT wells fargo. DO NOT TAKE YOUR AUTO LOANS OUT THROUGH WELLS FARGO.
