Scheduled an appointment in advance for this specific date, they called and left a voicemail speaking Spanish I don’t speak Spanish my last name is Spanish but honestly a bit racist. They ended up rescheduling my appointment to a date I cannot make and then when I called back to no answer and left them a voicemail they cancelled my appointment minutes later. Not very professional and discriminatory.
Everybody in this branch is useless. Couldn't even help me with a wire transfer. Also that manager should be fired asap just for how she address customers.
Perfect; excellent attention; definitely when people want to serve and are prepared to serve the public
Never again dealing with kids unorganized bank taking customers information
