I don’t usually post, but I have to after two very bad experiences at this branch. The first one began with a manager there named Laura who was unfriendly and scrutinize rent deposit checks that I have deposited every single month from the same exact Tenants for 10 years. She held me up 15 minutes, waiting to get someone else to approve what she was trying to get me to do which was wanting me to Endorse the back of the checks as paid to the order of instead of just my name as trustee. shoutout to Ori Jazaj for the extraordinary customer service and professionalism - I've been a customer for 13+ years and this deserves recognition.
Absolutely the worst location I’ve been to. There was barely anybody inside, yet it still took over an hour just to get to the front teller. The biggest issue is the lack of urgency — too much time was spent having personal conversations with customers about non-banking topics while the line just sat there. Everyone has places to be. A little more focus on efficiency and keeping the line moving would go a long way.
Staff aren’t helpful. They don’t care. Peaking is at the building. Don’t forget to get the stamp from the bank. I went around the block when finally find “Wells Fargo” sign and see “drive thru” asked her where to park. So if you come with vehicle, go to “Links Ave” & “first street”. It’s inside Sarasota City Center. Go in to the parking garage. Park in the 1st floor, “Wells Fargo customer only” and bring your ticket when you come in to the bank.
